We're actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep in South Draper UT.

Contract Period: 18 Months

Location: South Draper UT

100% Onsite - M-F 8am-5pm

Start/End Dates: 6/8/2026 - 12/7/2027

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service related to sales processes, promotions, installations, and general communications
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and effective interactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints in a timely, fair, and compliant manner in accordance with consumer protection laws
  • Support organizational initiatives aimed at educating and informing customers proactively
  • Analyze customer feedback and survey results to identify trends and recommend service improvements
  • Execute improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and workflows to ensure consistent service outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to follow clearly defined policies and guidelines while making sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within established workflows
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
